Worst experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership. These guys are absolutely unprofessional, and I’m convinced their whole business is built on lies and shady practices. David and Hank are masters of deception—they'll say whatever they need to, just to get you to sign the papers. They don’t disclose proper details about the vehicles, or the loans, and it’s clear they have no problem bending (or breaking) the law to make a sale.

Worst experience buying a car I've had! Took 2 weeks to replace a window and when I went to pick the car up, they didn't bother to wash it! The inside detail was awful. Who ever "cleaned" it, used the same rag from the seats on the windows! There was a slimey film on everything on the inside. I originally came to this dealership with my sights set on a 2014 Maxima. Upon arriving, I realized that vehicle was no longer available.
